HC Deb 27 February 1961 vol 635 cc1167-8
5. Mr. Driberg

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance if he is aware that a number of workers formerly employed by U-Plan Limited, of 103 Queen's Road, Upton Park, have had their cards returned to them insufficiently stamped, with in some cases as many as three months' stamps missing: and what action he is taking.

Mr. Boyd-Carpenter

Yes, Sir. Action is being taken by my Department to recover the arrears of National Insurance contributions. The benefit position of the employees will not be prejudiced in any way.
