§ 5. Mr. Thorntonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will make available in the Library of the House of Commons a copy of the proposals of the Hong Kong electricity supply companies which have been submitted to the Governor of Hong Kong as an alternative to the nationalisation of the electricity undertakings recommended by the Hong Kong Electricity Supply Companies Commission in its report dated 17th December, 1959.
