§ Resolution reported,
§ That, for the purposes of any Act of this Session to enable certain local authorities in England and Wales to promote safety in the home and to make contributions to voluntary organisations whose activities consist of or include the promotion of safety in the home, it is expedient to authorise any increase attributable to that Act in the sums which are payable out of moneys provided by Parliament by way of Rate-deficiency Grant or Exchequer Equalisation Grant under the enactments relating to local government in England and Wales or in Scotland.
