Ordered,
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 95A (Statutory Instruments, &c. (procedure)) which provides that the House may in certain cases order otherwise than is provided in that Standing Order, in the cases of the Welfare Foods (Great Britain) Amendment Order, 1961 (S.I., 1961, No. 352) and the Welfare Foods (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order, 1961 (S.I., 1961, No. 367), the said Standing Order shall have effect, at this day's sitting, as if a reference to half-past Twelve o'clock were substituted for a reference to half-past Eleven o'clock in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Order.—[Mr. Selwyn Lloyd.]
