Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for maintaining or restoring the wholesomeness of the rivers and other inland or coastal waters of England and Wales, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to that Act in the sums so payable under any other Act, and the payment into the Exchequer of any sums falling to be so paid in consequence of the provisions of the said Act.—[Sir E.
