§ Mr. FletcherDoes the hon. Gentleman agree that it has always been thought desirable that the directors of education and medical services in the Seychelles should not have responsibility for the administration but should be directly responsible to the Government and the Colonial Office?
§ Mr. FraserNo, Sir. They must be responsible to the Governor. We believe that is the correct way to run the business.
