I am glad to say that an 2 arrangement has now been made under which all retirement pensioners in the City of London, the 28 metropolitan boroughs and the Borough of Acton will receive from my Department with their notices of award of pension an information leaflet, incorporating an addressed inquiry card, drawing attention to the welfare services available to them in their particular areas. I hope that this scheme will begin to operate early next year.
