The work is running a few months late because of bad weather and difficulty in getting entry on land required for the subways.

Friend aware that this rather long drawn out affair has caused great inconvenience and frustration to motorists who have to use this road, and that last week, after this Question was tabled, it was very difficult for motorists ever to find more than six men working on it a whole day?
§ Mr. MarplesI really do not think that that is true, because the motorists are on the surface and the men are working underground.
