asked the Postmaster-General which artists have been commissioned to design the posters to be issued in celebration of the tercentenary of the establishment of the General Letter Office in Great Britain.

None as yet. We are awaiting the recommendations of our Honorary Aft Adviser.

Mr. Driberg

Can the hon. Lady say how soon they will be commissioned, and—just as a matter of interest—if they will include any non-figurative or, for instance, tachiste painters?

I cannot give any further details at present.
