Friend hopes shortly to make Regulations empowering the Scottish Council for the Training of Teachers to undertake the provision of a new college of education in the West of Scotland. The council recommended that the new college should be sited in the Hamilton area.
§ Mr. DempseyMay I say to the Minister that I am very grateful to him for making that statement in view of the pressure on accommodation and that I am quite sure that everyone will be very happy about what he has said?
