§ Mr. FletcherWould the Minister think it might be a convenient part of the celebrations of the tercentenary of the Post Office to make arrangements in the Metropolis for all letters to be delivered at a reasonable hour in the morning?
§ Miss PikeIt is our general aim to deliver all letters by 9 o'clock. While in general this is achieved, I realise that there are places in Islington where we are not doing that. As I have said, we are looking into the matter and we hope we shall do better.
