Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to provide for the licensing of certain flying, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenditure incurred by the Minister of Aviation in consequence of the provisions of that Act;
    2. (ii) any sums required to be so paid by any Order in Council extending any of the provisions of that Act with or without modifications and adaptations to any of the Channel Islands or to the Isle of Man;
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any sums received by the Minister of Aviation under that Act.—[Mr. Rippon.]
