The following Amendment stood upon the Order Paper: In page 23, line 15, at end insert: Provided that this subsection shall not apply in the case of an appellant who has successfully appealed to the Minister on the ground referred to in paragraph (e) of subsection (1) of section twenty-eight of this Act.
