§ Mr. G. R. Strauss (Vauxhall)I do not think that anyone would disagree with the Amendment. It does not seem to make the slightest change in the Bill. If, however, anybody thinks that the wording of the Bill would be improved by the Amendment, we would not object. We do not oppose the Amendment.
§ Mr. William Shepherd (Cheadle)It often happens that if one puts in a few words that are not necessary one ends by putting in a lot more unnecessary words.
