§ That sanction be given to the application of the sum of £573,720 8s. 6d. out of Surpluses arising out of certain Votes for Air Services for the year ended 31st March, 1959, to defray expenditure in respect of Balances Irrecoverable and Claims Abandoned for those Services and to meet a deficit in receipts not offset by a saving in expenditure from the respective 626 Vote as set out in and temporarily authorised in the Treasury Minute of 15th February, 1960 (H.C. 119) and reported upon by the Committee of Public Accounts in their First Report (H.C. 219).
