§ Mr. WilleyI recognise that Remploy is considering extending the factory in Sunderland, but will the Parliamentary Secretary recognise that this can play an important part in relieving the heavy unemployment there is among the disabled, and will he do his best to give Remploy encouragement to enable it to proceed with those plans?
