PlummerIs the Prime Minister aware that Sir Henry Willink, chairman of the Cambridge University Scholarship Committee, has had to withdraw the first award of a scholarship to an African universities is bad enough but African Government will not permit him to come to this country? Now that he has this information, will the right hon. Gentleman tell the Prime Minister of South Africa that apartheid in South African Universities is bad enough but he should not try to extend segregation to Cambridge and other English universities?
