My officials are consulting the Ministry of Transport and the British Transport Commission about certain problems which will arise when the Section is brought into operation. My right hon. Friend's aim is to bring it into operation at the earliest practicable date.

§ Mr. ThomasNo, Sir. Many discussions have to take place, and I am afraid that I cannot give the hon. Gentleman a specific date, but I can assure him that there will not be undue delay.
