§ Mr. WillisIs the Joint Under-Secretary of State aware that there will be great disappointment that nothing much has been done about this? Will he not urge upon his right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland the urgency of getting on with this road which joins the Edinburgh by-pass, particularly in view of the progress made with the Forth road bridge and what is happening in the Lothians?
