Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make permanent the Population (Statistics) Act, 1938, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such expenses as may be occasioned by any provision of the said Act of the present Session amending or giving permanent effect to the said Act of 1938.— [Miss Pitt.]
