§ Mr. Denzil FreethWhile thanking the Minister for that Answer, may I ask whether he can say exactly how much progress has been made in the preparation of these plans and whether at the moment it is a case of his Ministry waiting for the county council to reply or the county council waiting for his Ministry?
§ Mr. HayI have checked this morning on the current position. It is that the land plans have been received by our divisional road engineer but we are still awaiting the engineering details from the county surveyor.
