§ Mr. SoamesThe agricultural and other problems requiring a solution if closer European unity is to be achieved have been under careful study, and I cannot add to the statement of Her Majesty's Government's position which was made by my right hon. Friend, the Lord Privy Seal, on 4th November. The answer to the third part of the Question is "No, Sir".
§ Mr. HoltMay we expect that at a reasonably early date the Government will issue a White Paper on the subject?
