Resolved,
That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise variations of the works authorised by the Tyne Tunnel Acts, 1946 and 1956, including the construction of new works, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any grant or advance by way of loan made by the Minister of Transport under or in pursuance of the said Act of the present Session.—[The Deputy-Chairman of Ways and Means.]
