§ Mr. AlportI am afraid that I have no knowledge as to whether there is direct co-operation with the Australian authorities in this matter, but I am certain that it would be willingly forthcoming from the Australians if it were necessary. I think that I am right in saying that this proposal, which has a very romantic background, is, in fact, based on the experience they have already in Australia of operating a service of this sort.
