§ Mr. DaviesWhilst thanking the Minister for that reply, may I ask him whether he appreciates that the percentage of pockets of unemployment in some of these districts is considerably higher than the national average? May I impress upon the right hon. Gentleman that he should try to encourage the Minister of State responsible for the Development Areas to induce new industries to go into these areas in order to secure these communities?
