§ Mr. TurnerDoes my hon. Friend appreciate that these figures indicate that fewer and fewer airlines are using this strategic airfield? Further, is he aware that this is due to the total inadequacy over a considerable number of years of arrangements for bringing the airfield up to modern standards? Will he look into the matter?
§ Mr. AmeryI am glad to be able to tell my hon. Friend that much is being done on the development of the airport, both by the R.A.F. and on the civilian side.
