Tomczuk, 10 Braemont, Cowdenbeath, in view of the support given to his application by prominent local people well acquainted with his character and qualifications.
§ Mr. RentonNo, Sir. Mr. Tomczuk was not able to fulfil the statutory requirement of a sufficient knowledge of English.
