§ Sir Hugh Linstead (Putney)I think I owe it to the House to report that one of the persons named as a trustee in the scheme which is included in the Schedule to this Bill has died during the last few days. There is, however, provision for filling such a vacancy and the scheme is, therefore, quite valid, even with that event having taken place. I felt that as the name appeared in the Schedule, I ought to mention the fact to the House.
