§ Mr. RankinWill the hon. Gentleman keep in mind that this huge inland lake will be the scene of great commercial and social activity in Central Africa and that in many ways we are starting ab initio? Will he use all his influence to see, as far as he can, that the colour bar is abandoned?
§ Mr. AmeryWe shall do everything we can, both there and throughout the area, to diminish colour bars, in so far as they still exist.
