§ 48. Mr. Greyasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when it is expected that a decision will be reached concerning the omnibus turning point at Easington Lane, in the district of the Hetton Urban District Council, as a result 394 of the appeal which has been made to him.
§ Mr. NugentThe decision in this matter lies with the Traffic Commissioners for the Northern Traffic Area, who tell me that they hope to take their decision shortly after a resumed sitting. Any aggrieved party to the proceedings could then make a statutory appeal to my right hon. Friend.
