§ 30. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can now make a statement on the proposed arrangements for the Foreign Ministers' Conference.
§ Mr. R. AllanHer Majesty's Government and their Allies are still in consultation about the terms of their reply to the Soviet Note of 2nd March. Until this reply has been sent I am not in a position to make any further statement about a Foreign Ministers' conference.
