§ Mr. BlenkinsopIs the Under-Secretary aware that there is very great anxiety about the lack of recruits coming forward, and would he not do something both to review the financial terms of the appointments and also look at the possibility of joining the Colonial Medical Service in some way with our own National Health Service in order to give some greater sense of security to those who apply?
