§ Motion made, and Question proposed, That this House do now adjourn.—[Mr. Whitelaw.]
§ 3.59 p.m.
§ Dr. Horace King (Southampton, lichen)I wish to make clear that the young man whose case raises the very important issue which I propose to discuss in this debate wishes to have no part in it and, indeed, would rather that I had not raised it. This is the first time I have spoken of the B.B.C. in this House and I wish to begin by expressing my admiration of the services rendered to Britain by the British Broadcasting Corporation—
§ It being Four o'clock, the Motion for the Adjournment of the House lapsed without Question put.
