BrookeThe Association has been notified that, when opportunity permits, legislation will be introduced which will propose, among other things, that excessive, unreasonable or unnecessary noise should be made a statutory nuisance for the purposes of the Public Health Act, 1936. A provision on these lines is already included in many local Acts.
