§ Mr. Lennox-BoydA resolution passed by the Buganda Lukiko on 5th December, 1958. seeking termination of the Buganda Agreements and the surrender of the powers of protection was not approved by the Governor. A memorandum addressed to Her Majesty The Queen by the Lukiko, with a covering letter by the Kabaka, has been received, and I am consulting the Governor about it before tendering advice to Her Majesty.
