I beg to move, in page 11, line 14, to leave out from the beginning to "(which", and to insert: Section one hundred and ninety-two of the Highways Act, 1959". This is a purely drafting Amendment consequential on the repeal of the New Streets Act, 1951, by the enactment of the Highways Act, 1959.
