Yesterday, Mr. Speaker, when we were discussing the case of the Rev. Tom Colvin, you were good enough to say that you would give further consideration to the point about whether his return to his home and place of work in Nyasaland could reasonably be held not to be immigration and might be something upon which we could legitimately ask a Question of the Minister.

Yes, I am still awaiting a certain piece of information for which I have asked. Until I get it I cannot add anything to what I said yesterday.
