§ The Minister of State, Board of Trade (Mr. J. K. Vaughan-Morgan)I am not clear as to the particular forms of competition the right hon. and learned Gentleman has in mind. Nor does he specify the markets to which he is referring, and conditions, of course, vary. If, however, he has evidence that dumping or subsidisation is taking place and is causing material injury to the United Kingdom industry, we would be prepared to consider whether Her Majesty's Government could usefully or practicably intervene.
