§ Sir E. BoyleTwo hundred and twenty-eight, or 9 per cent. of all full-time students in technical colleges in Essex come from overseas. Eighty-nine are from the independent countries of the Commonwealth, 65 from Colonial Territories, and 74 from other countries.
