asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation in respect of how many schools in the County of London he has received applications for the imposition of waiting restrictions out side the schools; and in how many cases such application has been granted.

We have received applications in respect of twenty-eight schools in the County of London. Restrictions have been imposed in one case and will shortly be imposed in a second. Decisions have not yet been reached on the remaining twenty-six.
