It may be convenient also to take the next Amendment, in line 12, at end insert:
to be modified from time to time on the application of the person for the time being carrying on the business to which the programme relates".These Amendments are designed to deal with a specific point which the right hon. Member for Don Valley (Mr. T. Williams) raised in Committee, when he asked whether I would make it quite clear that a programme was to be modified only at the request of a farmer himself. That is a valid point and I am grateful to the right hon. Gentleman for raising it. We have sought entirely to meet the case he put forward and I do not propose to detain the House further.
