§ Mr. GowerWhile thanking my right hon. Friend for the latter part of his Answer, may I say that it is the negative part at the beginning of the reply which is unsatisfactory? Is he aware that this is one of far too many councils and committees in the United Kingdom which either have no Welsh representative or on which the Welsh representation is quite 1292 inadequate and that so long as I get this kind of Answer I shall express my discontent in various ways?
