asked the Paymaster-General what Government-sponsored or Government-aided research organisations conduct research into the utilisation of United Kingdom fuel resources.

The British Coal Utilisation Research Association, the British Coke Research Association, the Electrical Research Association, the Coal Tar Research Association, and several universities.

Mr. Willey

Is the Parliamentary Secretary satisfied that the steps which have been taken recently are sufficient to secure the full co-ordination of these research activities?

I think so, yes.
