Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of this Session to make further provision for contributions by local authorities in Wales (including Monmouthshire) towards the expenses of the Royal National Eisteddfod, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable by way of Rate-deficiency Grant or Exchequer Equalisation Grant under the enactments relating to local government in Englaind and Wales or in Scotland.—[Mr. H.
