§ 35. Mr. Driberg
asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if, in order to ensure the more effective protection of provincial cities, country towns, and villages against unsightly architectural development, he will discuss with the Royal Fine Art Commission the possibility of setting up regional committees of the Commission.
§ Sir E. Boyle
I will bring this suggestion to the notice of the Commission. It is, I suggest, primarily for the Commission to consider how best it can carry out the duties laid upon it.
