Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for the repayment of post-war credits (including credits to building societies), it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a)the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of sums required for making payments under that Act (including payments of interest);
  2. (b)the raising of money for the purpose of providing or replacing sums issued out of the Consolidated Fund under that Act otherwise than in respect of interest;
  3. (c) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to that Act in any administrative expenses defrayed out of such moneys.
