§ Mr. J. RodgersMy right hon. Friend is not yet in a position to make a statement.
§ Mr. RemnantIs the Parliamentary Secretary in a position to say what he is not in a position to make, because his recently issued report states that the new arrangements are, in effect, the same as the previous undertakings condemned by the Monopolies Commission? Is he not therefore prepared to do anything?
§ Mr. RodgersVarious courses of action are being considered and a number of points have still to be settled before my right hon. Friend decides what precise action the Government will take.
