Friend aware that the steps his Department has taken since last September have gone a great way towards allaying the anxieties and disappointments caused by his Department's refusal to grant an industrial development certificate to British Nylon Spinners, but is he further aware that there is still a considerable way to go? Will he, therefore, continue the very good efforts so far made?
