§ 21. Mr. Hannanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the proposal to establish a clinic at St. Bartholomew's Hospital for free examination for early diagnosis of cancer; and if he will ask for full details of this project and consider taking similar action in Scotland.
