§ 10. Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps have been taken to find a successor or successors to the dentist now relinquishing his appointment in the Invernessshire Outer Isles.
§ Mr. MaclayI have authorised the Executive Council to try to secure, by 197 guaranteeing an increased minimum net income, the services of a dentist who will devote the whole of his time to the provision of general dental services in these areas. In addition, the local authority is proposing to appoint a full-time school dental officer for the treatment of the children.
